On June 16, at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Governor of the Novgorod Region Andrey Nikitin and the General Director of JSC "Staraya Russa Resort" Antonina Repnikova signed an investment agreement on the construction of a new four-star building at the Staraya Russa resort.
The new nine-storey building with a capacity of 634 people will increase the number of guests of the resort to 4 thousand per year. The building will house rooms for living, medical offices and other infrastructure elements.
The planned amount of investment in the project will amount to 1.2 billion rubles, the construction of a new building will provide employment for 58 more people. The new building is planned to be built by 2025.
