We carefully approach the selection of candidates for our team and actively invest in the development of our employees, giving opportunities for both horizontal and vertical development. Training and development

We strive to develop the professional competencies of all our employees without exception. On a regular basis trainings and master classes on all services are conducted on a regular basis.
At the moment, we are testing a distance learning program for our employees on the basis of ISPRING platforms, where it is possible to adapt the learning process to the goals and capabilities of each employee.

Loyalty Program

Our company has a loyalty program for our employees within the framework of trade union activities. In particular, we provide large discounts and bonuses for employees and their family members (including parents), we hold regular corporate events, contests with cash prizes, promotions to support families with children and much, much more.

Confession

We value our employees and are proud of their achievements. We have Ceremonies several times a year rewarding employees for their significant contribution to the development of AMAKS. The best employees are awarded they receive medals or the highest insignia of the company and receive one-time bonuses and certificates for a sanatorium voucher for two for 2 weeks (with the possibility of transfer to family members and close relatives).

Our company conducts a regular assessment of staff and employee loyalty using the eNPS methodology. eNPS is an employee loyalty index that shows what moods prevail in the company and helps to correct them in time.
