Remuneration and bonus payment procedure
The remuneration to the Participant of the Action for each attracted employee is 10,000 rubles and is paid in equal amounts for 4 months (a one-time bonus of 2,500 rubles after each month worked by the Attracted employee), provided that during this time the Participant of the action and the employee attracted by him continue to work in the AMAKS network.
The terms of the promotion are as simple as possible
In order to become a Participant of the Action, an employee must perform the following necessary actions:
- Inform your friends, acquaintances and relatives about open vacancies in the Company, as well as about working conditions, remuneration, guarantees and compensation provided to employees;
- Send the person involved to the personnel service to resolve the issue of possible employment;
- In case of registration (admission) of a hired employee not in the profession for which he was recommended by the Participant, the Participant is also paid remuneration.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these terms of the Promotion.
